Rules and Regulations

1. Please "Like" BerryHappy Photography on Facebook to enter the contest.

2. Contest opens on 12 April 2012. Please send in a group photo with at least 2 persons, depicting happy times with your Mum. It must be your own photo, taken within the last 12 months. Submit only ONE photo per person.

3. Email your photo to SokEng@BerryHappy.com with "'My Mum is AWESOME' Photo Contest 2012" in the subject and include your names and (optional) caption.

4. We'll add your photo to the "'My Mum is AWESOME' Photo Contest 2012" album on our page within 48 hours, add your name in the caption, and send you an email. Please proceed to tag yourselves in your photo.

5. Contest closes on 12 May 2012, 12 midnight. Results will be announced on 13 May 2012.

**Failure to adhere to the Rules & Regulation may result in disqualification**

Terms and Conditions

1. This contest is open to everyone who "Like" BerryHappy Photography on Facebook. Prize must be redeemed in Singapore, taken as provided and are neither transferrable nor exchangeable for cash. BerryHappy Photography reserved the right to substitute the prize with services of a similar value.

2. Upon submission of your entry, you are deemed to have agreed that BerryHappy Photography can use, archive and distribute the data provided by you in a manner we deem fit, without reference to you.

3. BerryHappy Photography reserves the right to not publish any photo deemed unsuitable for this contest.

4. In the event that the eventual photo contest’s winner is not able to redeem the voucher in Singapore, BerryHappy Photography reserves the right to replace the winner by the next eligible highest voted photo.

5. BerryHappy Photography's decision shall be final, should there be any dispute.
